Brinkmann Southfork Charcoal/Wood Grill and Smoker is constructed of fully welded, 1/4 inch thick steel and heavy duty hinged lids. The recessed lids provide an airtight fit to keep heat and smoke inside. Adjustable side air vent on fire box and smokestack damper combine to regulate heat and smoke. Large firebox for longer cooking times and converts easily to a grill for cooking smaller meals. The firebox also features a handy warming tray on top for warming side dishes. The vertical cooking chamber has a large front door for easy access to food and incorporates a built in rod for hanging large cuts of meat.
